Subject: Open Meeting Invitation, Punch Out Vendor Processing
Good Afternoon,
On December 10th I first notified our campus community of the challenges we were having in getting our punch-out vendor invoices processed. Specifically, we were seeing many of these vendor invoices stuck in process as "no receipt."
For all of you who have worked so hard to help us resolve these issues I would like to commend you on your efforts and offer you my sincere appreciation. As of today our backlog looks much better than it did in mid December.
We still have over 250 items stuck in a mismatch status over 45 days old, so although we have come a long way, our work is not done.
For those of you who may still be having issues identifying your invoices in PAW or perhaps having issues processing "receipts" correctly. I am holding two open meetings and would invite you to feel free to join us and ask any questions you may have.
The meetings will consist of a demonstration of how to search the PAW system for your invoices, download your PAW data, and the correct way to process a receipt against those invoices. We will also be open to questions if you have them.
