From the Desk of Martina Buckley...

I hope you all are doing well.  We want to provide you with an AAOU SSC staffing update.  As of September 26, our full-time staff will go down to three, Vania, Mike, and myself.  We are working on hiring contingent staff while we determine the next steps for the AAOU SSC.  We ask for your patience and understanding during this challenging time as there might be delays in processing.

Vania and Mike are reviewing and updating RT tickets.  They are working on tickets in the order received.  We ask that you be on the lookout for status updates in the tickets and respond timely.
