Updated Deadline Calendars Posted to our Website

AAOU SSC has posted updated deadline calendars for FY24 to our website here.
- HR Paperwork Deadline Calendar
- Payment Authorization Deadline Calendar
- Timesheet Deadline Calendar
Please note dates beyond payroll 2024-009 are subject to change once updated central office deadline calendars are released later in the year.
In the event due dates are changed, a notification will be sent to all AAOU SSC departments via a MyUMBC group update. We recommend accessing the deadline calendars via our website, as the most up to date version will be posted at all times.
For all departments that are now re-onboarded and are receiving full-service operations which include HR and Payroll, please be mindful that you should now be referring the the above AAOU SSC deadline calendars and NOT the Central HR deadline calendars.
Please ensure all requests are submitted to AAOU SSC for processing via an RT ticket, which can be found here.
For all new hires, please ensure you are maintaining paper timesheets and submitting them to AAOU SSC for processing timely (refer to the Timesheet Deadline calendar for submission deadlines) to avoid potential pay delays.
