AAOU SSC deadline calendars have been updated

This is a friendly notice that we have updated the HR Paperwork, Payment Authorization, and Timesheet deadline calendars on our website to reflect deadlines through March of 2024. 

Please note the following special deadline circumstances, which represent condensed or altered RT request submission windows in the upcoming months.

HR Paperwork Deadlines: The HR paperwork deadline for both payroll 2024013 and 2024014 is 11/14/2023. The effective dates for these two periods is as follows:

PR2024-013: 12/03/2023 - 12/16/2023

PR2024-014: 12/17/2023 - 12/30/2023

If you have action requests that have effective dates within this range, please ensure those requests are submitted no later than 11/14/2023. Please be mindful of any questions or requests for additional support from our staff during this time to prevent delays in processing paperwork.

Temporary Timesheet Deadlines: Due to the condensed time entry processing period leading up to the holiday campus closure, all temporary timesheets related to PR2024-014 must be approved and submitted via RT no later than 12/15/2023 in order to be processed timely.

HR Paperwork Deadlines: The deadline for actions with effective dates for PR2024-016 must be submitted no later than 12/18/2023 to allow our staff adequate time to process all requests timely.
