Secure File Upload Reminder!
Make sure you are sending files through safe channels!

I hope you are all having a wonderful Fall Semester!
The AAOU SSC would like to send a reminder that for all sensitive supporting documentation (Social Security Cards, Drivers License, etc.) must be sent through our Secure File Upload Box folder.
Please do not send any sensitive information through RT, Gmail, or any software outside of Box.
If you would like to update an employees supporting documents or sensitive information, please:
1.) Submit a GI ticket through our RT ticketing system.
2.) Use our Secure File Upload to upload any and all sensitive supporting documents & information.
Again, please do NOT submit sensitive information or documentation through RT. Also, please remind your employees when responding to RT or emails to never attach information including their DOB, SSN, or personal/sensitive information.
